Jeremiah is professionally trained in all things housing. With an education in construction management, Jeremiah worked in the residential construction industry with speculative and custom builders. He most recently served as the Director of Operations for a local real estate brokerage and new construction design/build firm where he led the day to day for every area of the company. He has managed transactions as simple as vacant land acquisitions and single-family home development; as complex as multiple parcels, multiple owners, re-zoning acquisitions & developments.
As a licensed real estate broker, Jeremiah is equipped with the experience and traditional skills of a real estate agent in providing guidance and expertise to navigate our evolving real estate markets and transaction process. However, he stands out with the added skills of understanding latent quality, construction practices and characteristics, and the understanding of a home as a complete system. This allows Jeremiah to provide a more thorough and educated home buying and selling experience.
With a severely detail oriented personality and a desire for deep human connection, it is second nature for him to identify and prioritize what is expressed, directly or indirectly, as what is important to his clients. Those connections become even more second nature if you happen to be a fan of stand up comedy, sports geek, craft beer enthusiast, coffee guzzler, or cyclist!
