WHY did we start a brokerage?
Like most people, when asked what we want out of life, our response is freedom, more time with family, more time to travel and have life experiences. This need to have more control over life led us to the real estate industry.
We love real estate, but it’s clear how unbalanced most brands and structures are. To us, innovation and embracing change is an inevitable evolution. Our goal is to help advance the movement towards an agent centric brokerage so that agents can establish expertise, stability, and freedom in being a real estate professional.
A change is coming to real estate. By starting our own brokerage we knew that we could take the calculated risks in breaking the outdated models. We rally around our agents and truly assist them so they can reach their full potential. Through providing an environment of support, coaching, collaboration and passion we naturally lift ourselves up in our lives and careers!
Our mission is to build a new standard for what a brokerage represents and, together, we are driving a movement in which we all can succeed as ONE.
WHY did we choose Realty ONE Group?
People are drawn to Realty ONE Group because they love what they do. This company embodies the “Why” that brought most individuals to the industry. People do not get into real estate because of the money, we crave human interaction and freedom. Freedom to control our own time, grow our own brand and blaze our own path forward.
What is the “ONE”?
To us, it represents that we all have ONE life to live. We should have more control over our time on this Earth and the kind of a future we can provide for our loved ones. We should push ourselves and fill our lives with meaningful experiences so we can all look back on this ONE life with pride and no regrets.

We have set the foundation that will motivate agents to grow their independence and realize this same vision!
WHY the name ETHOS?
"The distinquishing character, sentiment, moral nature, or guiding beliefs of a person, group, or institution." - merriam-webster
Ethos is a word dating back to the times of Aristotle and is used to help characterize the ethics, tendencies, credibility, and trustworthiness of an individual or group. The beauty of Ethos is that it is established organically based on lived experiences and interactions; not stated intentions!
The human species has been successful because of our ability to form communities and culture. Culture is created from a group of people coming together for a common purpose based on a set of beliefs and aspirations that fuel the work they do. Ethos represents the strength in our character needed to shape these communities and make forward progress.
Many Leaders get it wrong by thinking their role is to come up with all the goals, roles, ideas, next steps, etc. themselves. In reality, the role of a leader is to help create an environment where these naturally happen within the community.
We, at Ethos, are fueled by human interaction and the enrichment of community. Like any high-performance group, we have started our purpose to ensure broad alignment with those in our tribe, but we continue to evolve and grow together through active engagment, learning and listening!
